Terms of Service

1. Subject

PetShop Flow provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for managing pet shops, grooming, small clinics, daycare and animal hotels: management of customers, animals, scheduling, online booking, payments, products, sales and communication. PetShop Flow is a software provider; it does not provide the veterinary or grooming services that the pet shop offers to the end customer.

2. Accounts and eligibility

To use the platform you must create an account, be of legal age and have authority to contract on behalf of the pet shop you represent. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity in your account.

3. Plans and payments

• Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis according to the chosen plan. Amounts are in euros and may be subject to VAT where applicable.
• When the pet shop receives payments from end customers through the platform, those payments are processed via Stripe Connect; the pet shop must accept the Stripe Connected Account Agreement during activation.
• PetShop Flow may retain a service fee (application fee) on customer→pet shop payments, as set out in the plan.
• SEPA Direct Debit payments require a mandate; the refund rights under the SEPA rules apply.

4. Customer obligations

• Use the platform lawfully and comply with applicable law, including the GDPR with respect to end-customer data.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to, copy or disrupt the service or other pet shops' data.
• Ensure the accuracy of the data you enter and have a legal basis for processing the data you upload.
• You are solely responsible for the quality of services provided to the end customer and for handling related refunds and chargebacks.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, software, trademarks and content of PetShop Flow are owned by PetShop Flow or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for the duration of the subscription. The data you enter remains yours.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetShop Flow is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of data. The platform is provided 'as is', without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities that cannot be excluded by law (including consumer-protection liabilities).

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the billed period. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, unlawful use or risk to the platform. After termination, you may export your data for a reasonable period.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

The PetShop Flow platform is operated by Brunno Martins Carpena, a sole trader, tax number (NIF) 330047680, with address at Br. de Andrias, 4840-100 Terras de Bouro, Braga, Portugal. These Terms are governed by Portuguese law and European Union law. Without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules, the competent jurisdiction is the Braga District Court (Tribunal Judicial da Comarca de Braga).

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will communicate material changes with reasonable notice; continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
